The Machining Development Program (MDP) is SSB's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In 2023, the MDP is conducted in SSB Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The program spans 2.5 months at the SSB Balikpapan Training Center with 16 participants, young and productive individuals who are a source of pride for East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan. Through this program, SSB aims to provide quality education, particularly in machining skills.
The closure of the Machining Development Program (MDP) is marked by the holding of the Closing Ceremony on December 15, 2023. After the closing event, the 16 participants will undergo On-The-Job Training (OJT) in SSB Balikpapan, Samarinda, and South Kalimantan to gain more in-depth practical experience.
