Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections on processes & products according to the applicable Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions to ensure that processes & products comply with / comply with applicable regulations and make reports of inspection results
  • Running a system of documentation/reports/data/reports of inspection results by applicable regulations so that documents can be maintained & neatly arranged to complete the Manufacturer Data Record (MDR)
  • Use work/inspection tools properly and correctly according to the scope of work/use and ensure due to date calibration before use
  • Carry out dimensional and visual inspections during the process and or after the unit has been fabricated
  • Coordinate with production parties for preparation of testing implementation (Leak test, Hydrotest, Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) test)
  • Conduct tests/tests on products/materials by the procedures and specifications specified to ensure that the products are by and meet the specifications that have been set and make reports on the results of tests/inspections that have been carried out
  • Performing a final visual inspection before the product is sent to the customer and verifying the existing packing list
  • Make a Non-Conformity Report (NCR) if it is found that the material received is not by the required specifications

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education STM/SMA or equivalent
  • Have 3 years experience as QC Inspector
  • Have a Welding Inspector/Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) certificate level 2 is preferred
  • Proficient in using high-precision measuring instrument settings and verification
  • Proficient in understanding, reading symbols, and orientation on Engineering/Shop drawings
  • Discipline & have a high work ethic
  • Have a high level of detail in making inspection reports and inspection processes
