Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and developing new products
- Develop existing products
- Conduct market research, work closely with the engineering team, Marketing, SCM, and Production.
- Doing prototype product development
- Creating and improving products that can fill the market or allow products from clients to be more competitive
- Determine product specifications according to several factors and uses
- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products under development
- Consultation of market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
- Submit proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before proceeding to the next stage
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 education in engineering or industrial design
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a product developer or in a related field
- Works well in a team
- Have creative and innovative thinking skills
- Have the ability or method to solve problems
