Job Responsibilities
- Business Partner for Business in the Papua area to provide and ensure HC related matters can run well and support business
- Ensure that Manpower needs are met in accordance with planning (MPP budgeted) and verified unbudgeted Manpower needs of related parties (Div.Head, BP, Buss Pro, Org.Dev) according to actual business needs, business processes and organizational design principles
- Mapping and searching for the right recruitment sources (recruitment pool) such as campuses and BLK (Work Training Centers) at the site / near the company location (local resources)
- Implement the IR & ER program well with the aim of enhancing good industrial relations
- ongoing basis, it can contribute to running, developing, including designing PKB on an ongoing basis to create improvements and conformity to regulations and harmonious industrial relations with existing employees and labor unions
- Ensuring Employee Productivity can be monitored, identified, and achieved the set goals

Have knowledge of labor regulations, work dynamically, and are able to coordinate with other stakeholders in the company such as local government, associations, NGOs, etc
